Refund & Return Policy 

Thank you for shopping at Feverfew. 

We strive to ensure you love every piece you purchase, but if something isn't right, we're here to help. 

Returns 

We accept returns within 2 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags and packaging intact. 

To be eligible for a return: 

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. 
  • The product must be in its original packaging with tags attached. 
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required. 

Items that cannot be returned: 

  • Sale or discounted items Innerwear or hygiene-related products 
  • Customized or made-to-order 

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect. 

To initiate a return against your product please mail your issue with a subject "want to return my order along with the issue you are facing" to  feverfewbyjsfab@gmail.com . The mail will only be considered valid if it is done within 48 hours from the time the product was delivered to the buyer.

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit. 

Exchanges 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at feverfewbyjsfab@gmail.com within 36 hours of delivery with pictures and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
